Ordering for Christmas and New Year

We will be opening our Christmas delivery options very soon.

If you are an existing customer and subscribed to our mailing list, you will receive an email inviting you to place your Christmas order.

Once you have received your email invitation, you can go ahead and add your items to your basket and when you get to the checkout you will get the Christmas dates that are available to you.

Please ensure that you have input all of your address and contact details in order for the delivery options to show.

Once a delivery day is full, it will no longer show as an option.

Please be sure to check your order confirmation to make sure the correct date has been chosen and that any notes you have made in regards to the preparation of any fish are showing.

If you cannot see the notes you have made, get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you cannot see your notes, then neither can we.

These are extremely busy delivery days, so do please refrain from using the notes box to specify a delivery time as it will not be acted upon.

ETAs will be given on the morning of your delivery but these cannot be altered & your delivery cannot be cancelled by this time.

Our Nationwide Delivery Service

Our Special Offers During This Time & Adding To Your Order

We still plan to offer our fantastic flash sale items throughout November and December.

These are usually day boat fish that only arrives to us on a specific day and of course, being fresh in that day,  they may not be available to add to your Christmas order.

We will add a note on the front page title to show that it is ‘Not Available For Xmas Order’  if this is the case.

There will still be special offers arriving to us during the Christmas week and, when they show on our front page during this time,  you can add these to your order by simply popping us over an email.
