• 1 x 150g tuna steak

Get out the soy sauce and the pickled ginger. . . place a thin slice of chilli and coriander, if preferred, on top and serve with some a crisp julienned mooli. . . and don't forget the wasabi.  Sublime sashimi satisfaction.
