This wonderful whole monkfish tail can be cooked whole or cut into steaks. These carefully selected pieces of monkfish can be cooked in a variety of ways though they are great cooked under the grill. The bone enhances the flavour of the surrounding fish. Monkfish has a mildly sweet taste with a dense texture.
